FairfaxLeads is an exclusive leadership network created for CEOs, founders, C-suite executives, and senior nonprofit leaders across Fairfax County, Fairfax City, and surrounding areas.

FairfaxLeads was established to strengthen trusted leadership, foster meaningful collaboration, and create real opportunities for business and nonprofit growth.

The network is designed for decision-makers who are committed to building strong relationships that lead to partnerships, referrals, and community advancement.

FairfaxLeads reflects a dual mission:

• Leads as in Leaders shaping industries, nonprofits, and communities

• Leads as in business and nonprofit opportunities created through trusted relationships

First Event Recap – March 27, 2025

The first FairfaxLeads meeting brought together CEOs, business owners, nonprofit executives, and senior decision-makers to build new connections and launch this leadership initiative.

Agenda Highlights:

• Registration and Open Networking
  Participants engaged in informal conversations to begin building connections.

• Participant Introductions:
  Each attendee delivered a short elevator pitch introducing their name, organization, and the types of collaborations or opportunities they were seeking.

• Presentation by TechBridge Management Solutions:
  Suliman A. Kamyar, CEO of TechBridge Management Solutions, presented the vision, mission, and structure of FairfaxLeads, outlining how the network will operate and grow.

• Open Q&A and Participant Feedback:
  Leaders shared insights, provided suggestions, and discussed potential areas for collaboration.

• Closing Networking Session:
  Participants continued connecting, exploring collaboration ideas, exchanging business cards, and scheduling follow-up conversations.

  • Bi-weekly or monthly in-person leadership sessions

  • Participant introductions through brief elevator pitches

  • Dedicated time for 1-on-1 connections, partnership discussions, and leadership engagement

• Member Directory:
  An online member platform (coming soon) will allow participants to share their organization’s profile and access fellow members' information, making ongoing collaboration easier and more effective.

• 1-on-1 Leadership Connections:
  Each member is encouraged to schedule at least one direct meeting with another participant between events to foster trust, provide guidance, and generate referrals or collaboration opportunities.
